Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.
If the merchandise is not in the original condition, a 15% restock fee will be charged.
Swimwear and bodysuits cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Shipping cost are not eligible for refund. You will receive a refund for the items returned but not the fee for shipping.
Merchandise must be returned at the customer’s expense.
Clearanced items are final sale.
You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.
Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
To process your refund, please email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
Once you've received a Return Authorization, items must shipped back immediately.
Failure to ship back immediately will result a restock fee will be charge.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

When will my order will shipped?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM PST will begin processing that day,
excluding holidays, and usually ship within 2-3 business days pending availability
and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM PST will begin processing
the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM PST will begin processing
on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise
you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification
provided for credit verification.
